🇩🇪 Der Freundeskreis der Geologischen Staatssammlung München e. V. unterstützt die geowissenschaftliche Forschung und das Geologische Museum in München.
Wir fördern die Vermittlung geologischer Themen an eine breite Öffentlichkeit und schaffen Begegnungsräume zwischen Wissenschaft, Museum und interessierter Bevölkerung.

Unsere Aktivitäten umfassen regelmäßige Vorträge, Sonntagsöffnungen, Exkursionen und Sonderveranstaltungen wie die Lange Nacht der Museen oder die Mineralientage.

The Friends of the Geological State Collection Munich support geoscientific research and the Geological Museum in Munich.
We promote the communication of geological knowledge to the public and connect scientists, museum staff, and an interested audience.

Our activities include regular lectures, Sunday openings, excursions, and special events such as the Long Night of Museums or the Munich Mineral Days.
